Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Pacheco kicked off to start the match. Alexandre Ferro took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Barros. Carlos Barros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Sebastião Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moncao FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Pacheco in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Barros saved Moncao FC from getting behind. Daniel Pacheco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Barros having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Daniel Pacheco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Barros was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moncao FC's goalkeeper Carlos Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Daniel Pacheco made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Barros. Moncao FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 29th minute, Alexandre Ferro made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Barros. Moncao FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Alexandre Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Carlos Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Sijais were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humberto Pires to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Daniel Pacheco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sijais's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Pacheco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Sebastião Andrade in the 59th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 60th minute, Miguel Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Pires in the 62nd minute of the match. Moncao FC's Carlos Barros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Moncao FC from getting a goal against them. Daniel Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Carlos Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Humberto Pires came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Moncao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Pires couldn't finish the play. Carlos Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Pacheco in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes in the game, Daniel Pacheco fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Carlos Barros having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Daniel Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Humberto Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Sebastião Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th match minute, Sijais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Moncao FC's Sebastião Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
