Alberto Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bernardo Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Dias succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. The audience was convinced that Bruno Dias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Leal was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Artur Gomes kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 26thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Padeirinha FC's keeper Tiago Coelho was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. When Artur Gomes fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Caxinas's protests and gave Artur Gomes a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes SC Caxinas got a freekick which was hit by Artur Gomes. When Padeirinha FC's Alberto Coelho in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Caxinas's goalie prevented a goal. 33 minutes into the game, Artur Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nuno Dias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Alberto Coelho could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Bernardo Leal however easily saved by the left post. In the 58thth minute of the game Joaquim Setúbal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Padeirinha FC's Tiago Coelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Joaquim Setúbal came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the SC Caxinas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Setúbal couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd match minute, Padeirinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Castro to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Padeirinha FC defense, Artur Gomes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Coelho. The Padeirinha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Coelho should have stopped the shot. If Joaquim Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Dias might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Leal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nuno Dias ran back to his position shaking his head. Adolfo Pinheiro hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Dias during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tiago Coelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Nuno Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SC Caxinas had won after a very even match.
