Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eduardo Pinho started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Gonçalo Santarém hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Pinho in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Monfebres's Bruno Lopes got a free kick in the 9th minute. Jacinto Azevedo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Amílcar Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Pacos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amílcar Paredes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Paulo Cabral fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eduardo Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vítor Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Pinho in the 22nd minute of the match. After 22 played minutes SC Pacos got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Porto. Vítor Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amílcar Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Amílcar Paredes came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the SC Pacos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amílcar Paredes couldn't finish the play. Gonçalo Santarém's late challenge caught a Monfebres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gonçalo Santarém helped the player get up and apologised. Gonçalo Santarém kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After the first half Monfebres were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Cabral was the one to do the kick off. António Cruz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SC Pacos's Amílcar Paredes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 57 minutes into the match, Monfebres's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Santarém came free, but António Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Vieira made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Carlos Neto sent off a good shot on target. When Bruno Lopes fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monfebres's protests and gave Bruno Lopes a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Monfebres fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Neto got free with Vítor Vieira in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Amílcar Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Paulo Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Pacos's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Cabral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute Amílcar Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Monfebres's goalkeeper António Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, Eduardo Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monfebres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Pinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute Paulo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Cabral's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Monfebres's Eduardo Pinho pulled a muscle in his back after 93 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Sandro Magalhães hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Monfebres's Bruno Lopes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vítor Vieira but with some difficulty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Azevedo during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SC Pacos booed when Monfebres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
