Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albertino Brito started the match with the kick off. José Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertino Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Bezerreira FC's Armando Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Borges in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bezerreira FC's Oliveira Ramos got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 12 minutes of play, Fail FC's Cláudio Lisboa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alexandre Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Brito in the 17th minute of play. Delfim Lisboa hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Jorge Brito took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alexandre Fonseca to make any attempt to save it. Alexandre Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Brito in the 22nd minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Albertino Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bezerreira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albertino Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Fail FC's Alexandre Fonseca got control of the ball when Jorge Brito tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Albertino Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fail FC's Alexandre Fonseca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Cláudio Lisboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Lisboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Adelino Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertino Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, José Paiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eduardo Borges to make the kick off. Cláudio Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Amaral having to interfere. Albertino Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 71 played minutes Fail FC got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Lisboa. After 72 played minutes, Bezerreira FC's Augusto Assunção shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alexandre Fonseca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bezerreira FC reached it. When Oliveira Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bezerreira FC's protests and gave Oliveira Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Bezerreira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliveira Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Oliveira Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Fonseca having to interfere. Jorge Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
