Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Óscar Pinheiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Assamada's Adelino Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Melo came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Assamada's Adelino Marques. But to his dismay, Adelino Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 20 played minutes, Assamada's Sérgio Pacheco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper João Melo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Assamada reached it. If Adelino Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Óscar Pinheiro in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Soutelinhos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Marques came free, but João Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Rui Pedroso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armando Azevedo, 1-1. In the 41st match minute, Soutelinhos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cândido Machado to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Assamada's Cristóvão Amaral tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 44 played minutes Assamada got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Pinheiro. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a defensive mix-up in Assamada's zone, Bruno Guerreiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Azevedo came out of the goal and Bruno Guerreiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the match, Assamada's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Pedroso came free, but Armando Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th match minute, Assamada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Mendes to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Assamada getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Carlos Valente hit a great ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Rui Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soutelinhos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Pedroso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rui Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Bruno Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Guerreiro in the 70th minute of play. Rui Pedroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adelino Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Azevedo having to interfere. Assamada's Armando Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Guerreiro in the 88th minute of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Bruno Guerreiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Assamada's Armando Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute Óscar Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cândido Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Armando Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
