Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Regedoura FC's Jaime Rodrigues started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Regedoura FC's Joel Amaral got a free kick in the 9th minute. Sebastião Macedo, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Regedoura FC's Vítor Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Mendes in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Cândido Neves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vítor Monteiro. Regedoura FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cândido Neves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Lavradio FC's Jacinto Almeida got a free kick in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Rodrigues in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Catarino Guerreiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Regedoura FC's Vítor Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cândido Neves in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, one of Lavradio FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lavradio FC's Tomás Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 48 in the game by Afonso Sá from a close distance when the talented Catarino Guerreiro managed to make a qualified save. Lavradio FC's players were relieved.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cândido Neves to make the kick off. After 54 minutes Regedoura FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sebastião Macedo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Sebastião Macedo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Regedoura FC's Vítor Monteiro did a great save. Vítor Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cândido Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes, Raul Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Regedoura FC and the Lavradio FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lavradio FC booed when Regedoura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Catarino Guerreiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Cândido Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Vítor Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Jaime Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Regedoura FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Rodrigues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Catarino Guerreiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute, Jaime Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Catarino Guerreiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Catarino Guerreiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afonso Sá went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Cândido Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Monteiro having to interfere. Regedoura FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lavradio FC for a fine match.
