Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernardo Coimbra started the match with the kick off. SC Susao's Simão Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Pinheiro in the 3rd minute of play. Simão Dias didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ventureira's Bernardo Coimbra shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Joel Brás received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simão Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Coimbra in the 21st minute of play. Abel Moreira's late challenge caught a SC Susao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. Abel Moreira hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Adelino Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Brás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rafael Marques fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ventureira's protests and gave Rafael Marques a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ventureira's Rafael Marques got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, SC Susao's Jorge Lisboa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adelino Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Pedro Rocha notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of SC Susao's Simão Dias. If António Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 minutes, Vicente Mota mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Susao and the Ventureira players grew even worse after the yellow card. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Ventureira's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Brás came free, but Adelino Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Susao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Brás was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. António Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Simão Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Bernardo Coimbra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Ventureira could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SC Susao throughout the match.
