Jacinto Amaral took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Pinho. Carlos Pinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 23 minutes into the game, one of SC Arrega:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Peitimao FC. Vasco Correia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Carlos Pinho. 1-2. In the 28th minute, Jacinto Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Amaral in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lúcio Amorim charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lúcio Amorim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lúcio Amorim hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Miguel Trindade hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Cristóvão Leal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Catarino Vaz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 38 minute of play. Carlos Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Amaral in the 65th minute of the match. David Nascimento hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Cristóvão Leal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Catarino Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of Peitimao FC booed when SC Arrega was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Jesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Duarte Coimbra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Arrega fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peitimao FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
