Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hugo Ferreira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Ferreira in the 9th minute of play forced SC Sentinela's goalkeeper Alfredo Lisboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venade FC's zone, Vítor Machado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Aguiar came out of the goal and Vítor Machado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. António Torres hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Hugo Ferreira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Lisboa. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 19th minute, David Faria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Sentinela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 23rd minute, SC Sentinela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hugo Ferreira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fábio Bessa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Venade FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 27 minutes into the match, David Faria notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Venade FC's Jorge Aguiar. Jorge Aguiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Amaro in the 31st minute of play forced Venade FC's goalkeeper Jorge Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Ribeiro during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Basílio Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Pedro Aleixo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Venade FC's Jorge Aguiar didn't even have to move. Jorge Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Fábio Bessa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Alfredo Lisboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Amaros short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Jorge Aguiar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fernando Nunes's late challenge caught a SC Sentinela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Nunes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Venade FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Nunes to maneuver through the defense. After 58 played minutes Venade FC got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Nunes. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Faria in the 60th minute of play forced Venade FC's goalkeeper Jorge Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simão Amaro got free with Jorge Aguiar in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 67 played minutes SC Sentinela got a freekick which was hit by Rui Paredes. After having played for 71 minutes, David Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Sentinela's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Faria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, SC Sentinela's David Faria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Aguiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jorge Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Aguiar was a little too slow when Vítor Machado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-3. The corner ended in Paulo Marques almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Sentinela's Alfredo Lisboa did a great save. Hugo Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Lisboa having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Rui Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Venade FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Sentinela's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Sentinela.
