Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Afonso Cunha kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Afonso Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Cardais FC booed when Condeixa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Faro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertino Aleixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Albertino Aleixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Faro having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Albertino Aleixo made a precise shot to the right of José Faro. Condeixa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Rafael Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. José Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Faro having to interfere. Armando Ferro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Gomes during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cardais FC! When the match had been going on for 32 minutes, Condeixa's Jorge Fontes got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Artur Aguiar. 36 minutes into the match, Cardais FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Cunha came free, but Artur Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Faro came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Cardais FC's Albertino Aleixo. But to his dismay, Albertino Aleixo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 46th minute Afonso Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Albertino Aleixo made the kick off in the second half. Condeixa's José Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Aleixo in the 52nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Joaquim Carneiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cardais FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Condeixa the free kick. Artur Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Fontes in the 66th minute of the match. Albertino Aleixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. José Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Albertino Aleixo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Cardais FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albertino Aleixo couldn't finish the play. Artur Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Armando Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Artur Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonso Cunha in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Aguiar saved Cardais FC from getting behind. 83 minutes into the game, Manuel Melo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cardais FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Condeixa the free kick. The supporters of Condeixa booed when Cardais FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cardais FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Manuel Melo hit a great ball. Jorge Fontes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Artur Aguiar. Cardais FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Artur Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Ferro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Afonso Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cardais FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
