Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Joaquim Moreira made the kick off and thus started the match. When SC Rande's João Pinho in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Faldejais's goalie prevented a goal. In the 13th minute, Joaquim Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jaime Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Rande's Fernando Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Moreira in the 22nd minute of play. Jaime Melo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Eusébio Vaz was a little too slow when João Pinho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Joaquim Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Faldejais's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jaime Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Magalhães having to interfere. Jaime Melo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Pinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joaquim Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th match minute, SC Rande was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Melo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaime Melo ran back to his position shaking his head. Adolfo Nogueira charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Nogueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th match minute, SC Faldejais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, SC Faldejais's Domingos Magalhães ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernando Magalhães. Fernando Magalhães yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Domingos Magalhães hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, João Pinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eusébio Vaz. SC Faldejais's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Pinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Eusébio Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pinho in the 96th minute of the match. The SC Rande support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
