Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Bujoes's Ricardo Matias started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Capellas FC's Domingos Tavares got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Ricardo Matias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Correia in the 13th minute of play forced SC Bujoes's goalkeeper Lúcio Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ricardo Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SC Bujoes's Raul Vieira got a free kick in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Capellas FC's zone, André Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Assunção came out of the goal and André Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Paulo Correia made a precise shot to the right of Lúcio Gomes. SC Bujoes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. André Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SC Bujoes booed when Capellas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingos Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Gomes having to interfere. Lúcio Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Correia in the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Correia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Pedroso during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, SC Bujoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Pedroso to maneuver through the defense. Rogério Vaz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Cristóvão Ferro kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by André Vale during the 63rd minute. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Domingos Tavares got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Paulo Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domingos Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lúcio Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Correia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
