Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cláudio Lopes started the match with the kick off. If Amílcar Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. André Henriques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Santrilha's Amílcar Machado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind André Henriques. André Henriques yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Nunes got free with André Henriques in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute, Sandro Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artur Nunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but André Henriques made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Cristiano Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amílcar Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Lampreia FC's André Henriques got control of the ball when Artur Nunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Lampreia FC's Cláudio Lopes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vasco Mota made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Cunha in the 31st minute of play forced Santrilha's goalkeeper Vasco Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sandro Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Lampreia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandro Cunha couldn't finish the play. Vasco Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Vasco Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandro Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Lopes in the 48th minute of play forced Santrilha's goalkeeper Vasco Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amílcar Machado to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Amílcar Machado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. André Henriques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sandro Cunha took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vasco Mota. Vasco Mota dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Cláudio Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Santrilha's Amílcar Machado got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Santrilha's Artur Nunes in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lampreia FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd match minute, Lampreia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Artur Nunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Artur Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 played minutes Lampreia FC got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Luz. With a little luck, Santrilha's Vasco Mota got control of the ball when Sandro Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 94 minutes, Sebastião Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santrilha and the Lampreia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
