Pedro Cardoso didn't quite understand what happened when in the 19 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Eduardo Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Manuel Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rui Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Zebral fans jumped to their feet. In the 70thth minute of the game Eduardo Vieira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Telhado's Manuel Paredes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, SC Telhado's Vítor Lima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diamantino Santarém narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
