Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. João Barbosa started the match with the kick off. Lucas Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SC Feiro's Sebastião Teixeira got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Catarino Coelho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaime Pinho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Manuel Matias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Abitureiras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Matias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Matias got free with Mariano Reis in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaime Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Barbosa in the 40th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bento Carvalho to strike the kick off in the second half. If Lucas Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. In the 66th minute, Lucas Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Mariano Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastião Teixeira hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Eusébio Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. In the 77thth minute of the game João Barbosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Abitureiras's Jaime Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes in the game, João Barbosa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jaime Pinho having to interfere. Afonso Alves's late challenge caught a SC Feiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso Alves helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Abitureiras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! SC Abitureiras's Jaime Pinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save SC Abitureiras from getting a goal against them. In the 100th minute Eusébio Torres suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Diamantino Machado's late challenge caught a SC Abitureiras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diamantino Machado helped the player get up and apologised. Diamantino Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 101st minute of the match. Gil Faro didn't quite understand what happened when in the 102 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
