Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tiago Nunes made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Tiago Nunes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Nogueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Joel Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pocinho's Luís Teixeira got a free kick in the 11th minute. After a rather tough play, Gregos's Raul Amaro got a free kick in the 14th minute. Emanuel Figueiredo took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Catarino Pacheco. The supporters of Gregos booed when Pocinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Sebastião Cabral took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joel Nogueira. Pocinho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Gregos booed when Pocinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Gregos got a corner. Pocinho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lúcio Ramos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Gregos's Catarino Lopes to fire away a dangerous shot which Joel Nogueira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tiago Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Nogueira having to interfere. If Raul Amaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Inácio Araújo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albertino Pereira got free with Catarino Pacheco in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute Emanuel Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Catarino Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Figueiredo made a kick off. 62 minutes into the game, one of Pocinho:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lúcio Ramos shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Tiago Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jorge Figueiredo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. The supporters of Gregos booed when Pocinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Albertino Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pocinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albertino Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Pocinho's goalkeeper Joel Nogueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingos Cardoso. 80 minutes into the match, Pocinho's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Nunes came free, but Joel Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertino Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Emanuel Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul Amaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Joel Nogueira made a huge save. Gregos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
