Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Moredo's Rogério Silva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Jorge Castro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Augusto Paredes, 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, SC Donfins's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Silva came free, but Bento Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogério Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Bento Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, SC Moredo's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Lima came free, but Augusto Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emílio Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Paredes having to interfere. After some careless play in the SC Donfins defense, Heitor Resende kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bento Faria. The SC Donfins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bento Faria should have stopped the shot. If Heitor Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 played minutes SC Donfins got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Gueifão. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Silva in the 33rd minute of play forced SC Donfins's goalkeeper Bento Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Raul Leite almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Donfins's Bento Faria did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in SC Donfins's zone, Heitor Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bento Faria came out of the goal and Heitor Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogério Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, SC Donfins's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Silva came free, but Bento Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emílio Valente struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Augusto Paredes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Donfins. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Fernando Aguiar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augusto Paredes. SC Moredo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Emílio Valente put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Augusto Paredes. In the 62nd match minute, SC Donfins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Viegas to maneuver through the defense. Rogério Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of SC Donfins booed when SC Moredo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bento Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filipe Viegas during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SC Moredo booed when SC Donfins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Viegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, SC Moredo's Raul Leite tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. SC Donfins's Bento Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Silva in the 92nd minute of play. If Xavier Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Donfins's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
