Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Afonso Sousa got the match started through his kick off. Ricardo Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. João Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes SC Padronita got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Silva. João Brito made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Ricardo Abreu sent off a good shot on target. If Afonso Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Oca's Afonso Sousa in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Padronita's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute, one of SC Padronita:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Padronita. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for Oca. Manuel Jesus stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rui Brás. 0-1. In the 24th minute, Luís Gueifão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. João Brito was a little too slow when Adolfo Vieira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 42nd minute, Adolfo Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Brito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Maia in the 48th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Vieira was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ricardo Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Padronita's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Abreu in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Brito saved Oca from getting behind. Ricardo Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Jesus kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ricardo Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Padronita's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adolfo Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Brito having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Vieira in the 66th minute of play forced Oca's goalkeeper João Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Padronita's Rui Brás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Sousa in the 71st minute of play. Afonso Costas short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Rui Brás to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 75 minutes into the game, Humberto Maia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Padronita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oca the free kick. Humberto Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Henrique Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ricardo Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Brito was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Adolfo Vieira struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. João Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Padronita. João Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Vieira in the 90th minute of play. Luís Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
