When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mário Queirós sped through Golpilheira FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Francisco Cardoso. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adolfo Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mário Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Francisco Cardoso came out of the goal and Mário Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adolfo Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Adolfo Costa came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Golpilheira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Costa couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Valente having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Armil's João Soares got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute Delfim Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Golpilheira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Tavares came free, but Francisco Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Valente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Assis in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 played minutes, SC Armil's Luís Magalhães shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Francisco Cardoso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Armil reached it. 96 minutes into the match, Golpilheira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Tavares came free, but Francisco Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SC Armil players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Golpilheira FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
