With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Pires in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Torres saved Amendoeira FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Amendoeira FC's Lúcio Abreu got a free kick in the 19th minute. The supporters of Adegas FC booed when Amendoeira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Heitor Paiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Luís Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Pires in the 26th minute of the match.
