Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 10th minute, Carlos Rodrigues reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henrique Santarém. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seia FC's goalkeeper Henrique Santarém, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Assunção in the 18th minute of play forced Fafiao's goalkeeper Tomás Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrique Santarém made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Carlos Rodrigues sent off a good shot on target. Eusébio Assunção fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Lima having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Reis during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Fafiao booed when Seia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. António Delgado struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Henrique Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fafiao. Henrique Santarém came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Fafiao's António Delgado. But to his dismay, António Delgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 36th minute, Daniel Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Reis got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 46 played minutes Fafiao got a freekick which was hit by José Queirós. After 48 played minutes Fafiao got a freekick which was hit by António Delgado. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when António Delgado made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Miguel Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seia FC and the Fafiao players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Fafiao booed when Seia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mário Guarda kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Fafiao's Tomás Lima proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Fafiao from getting a goal against them. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Seia FC! In the 83rd minute, Carlos Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrique Santarém was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Miguel Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. A collision led to Fafiao getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ricardo Setúbal hit a great ball. António Delgado struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Henrique Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fafiao. Seia FC were furious when António Tavares was red carded, 99 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 99 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Seia FC! Cristiano Anjos walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fafiao fans cheered their team off the field, for while Seia FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
