Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pedro Leão made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Moreiras FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Afonso Valente hit a great ball. Augusto Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moreiras FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Pedro Leão scored to the left of an out of position Afonso Veiga, making the score, 1-0. Basílio Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Augusto Coelho came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Moreiras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Coelho couldn't finish the play. Cláudio Correia came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Moreiras FC's Basílio Reis. But to his dismay, Basílio Reis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Miguel Amorim fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lampaca FC's protests and gave Miguel Amorim a yellow card for diving instead. Miguel Amorim hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Basílio Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Correia having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Moreiras FC's André Pedroso got a free kick in the 46th minute. Óscar Miranda was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augusto Coelho to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Moreiras FC's zone, Pedro Leão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Veiga came out of the goal and Pedro Leão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Augusto Coelho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 60 in the game by Basílio Reis from a close distance when the talented Cláudio Correia managed to make a qualified save. Lampaca FC's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Sandro Nascimento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Veiga was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Basílio Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Cláudio Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Basílio Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basílio Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Manuel Branco fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lampaca FC's protests and gave Manuel Branco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lampaca FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Manuel Branco hit a great ball. Cláudio Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Moreiras FC's Augusto Coelho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cláudio Correia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Afonso Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Nascimento in the 82nd minute of the match. Óscar Miranda hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The referee gave Moreiras FC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eduardo Ferreira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lampaca FC's Cláudio Correia. 1-3. When Moreiras FC's Pedro Henriques in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lampaca FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle sounded Moreiras FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lampaca FC.
