Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bento Castro kicked off to start the match. Artur Lima who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Ricardo Dias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Pendilhe FC's Ricardo Dias got control of the ball when Artur Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pedroso's zone, Diamantino Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lourenço Pires came out of the goal and Diamantino Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Pedroso's Bruno Leite got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 25th minute of the match Rogério Costa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Dias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 29th minute Bento Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Artur Lima made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Dias. Pendilhe FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After having played for 36 minutes, Diamantino Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pendilhe FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diamantino Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bento Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ricardo Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bento Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamantino Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diamantino Silva was the one to do the kick off. If Diamantino Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pendilhe FC's Eduardo Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Marco Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. António Faro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lourenço Pires having to make a save. A collision led to Pedroso getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Luís Faria hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Leal got free with Lourenço Pires in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lourenço Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Leal in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Eduardo Leal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lourenço Pires was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The supporters of Pedroso booed when Pendilhe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Faro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afonso Ramos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Dias. Pendilhe FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eduardo Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Lourenço Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Diamantino Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diamantino Silva in the 94th minute of play forced Pedroso's goalkeeper Lourenço Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute Diamantino Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lourenço Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Pendilhe FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pedroso.
