Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alexandre Reis kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Tortozendo's Paulo Santarém got control of the ball when Alexandre Reis tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Paiva during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9thth minute of the game Jorge Tavares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tortozendo's Paulo Santarém was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Jorge Tavares got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 15 played minutes Tortozendo got a freekick which was hit by Raul Silva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Reis in the 15th minute of play forced Tortozendo's goalkeeper Paulo Santarém to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Assunção received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Luís Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Bento Bessa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Landiosa's Luís Pereira. Luís Pereira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute Cristiano Assunção shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Tortozendo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bento Bessa to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rdth minute of the game Alexandre Reis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tortozendo's Paulo Santarém was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Raul Cruz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luís Pereira skillfully saved the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Tortozendo's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Reis came free, but Paulo Santarém reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Cristóvão Dantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Landiosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tortozendo the free kick. In the 42nd match minute, Landiosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Landiosa's Luís Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Assunção in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Landiosa's José Brás got a free kick in the 44th minute. The Landiosa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tortozendo were winning 0-1.

Landiosa were furious when Rui Macedo was red carded, 52 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Landiosa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Tortozendo's Bento Cruz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Luís Pereira. If Jorge Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Assunção fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Pereira having to interfere. Cristiano Assunção scored 0-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Pereira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Landiosa's goalkeeper Luís Pereira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristiano Assunção. The audience was convinced that Bento Bessa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Pereira was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Cristóvão Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Paulo Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tortozendo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
