Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Diamantino Morais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Adelino Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adelino Abreu was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Daniel Martins capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Martins really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 21st minute Sérgio Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Martins in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adelino Abreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Adaval's Afonso Machado got a free kick in the 27th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Rui Coelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Adaval's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Sesmo the free kick. It was beautiful to see SC Sesmo's Gustavo Oliveira in action when he in the 35th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 45th minute, Rui Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When SC Sesmo's Sérgio Pinheiro in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Adaval's goalie prevented a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Vasco Gueifão kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After having played for 53 minutes, Sérgio Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Sesmo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sérgio Pinheiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Diamantino Morais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adelino Abreu. SC Sesmo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diamantino Morais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Pedro Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC Sesmo's Sérgio Pinheiro got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diamantino Morais in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adelino Abreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Adaval's Diamantino Morais in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Sesmo's goalie prevented a goal. Filipe Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute Sérgio Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adelino Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Morais in the 82nd minute of play. Adelino Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Morais in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Sérgio Pinheiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Adaval had won after a very even match.
