Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Simão Almeida made the kick off which started today's match. Paulo Macedo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, SC Seda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Borges fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Almada's zone, Rogério Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Fontes came out of the goal and Rogério Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Almada's Simão Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simão Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nuno Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexandre Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Alexandre Fontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogério Andrade went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Vítor Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Almada's protests and gave Vítor Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. SC Seda's Nuno Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Almeida in the 27th minute of play. Alexandre Fontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Macedo in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, Almada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Coimbra to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Paulo Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Seda's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Macedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Fontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Macedo in the 34th minute of play forced Almada's goalkeeper Alexandre Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Simão Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Rogério Veiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandre Fontes. Almada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogério Veiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Simão Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Nuno Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Simão Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rogério Andrade made a kick off. Paulo Macedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Alexandre Fontes made a huge save. Rogério Andrade was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Paulo Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Vítor Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, SC Seda's Marco Leiria tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute Francisco Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SC Seda getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Adelino Delgado hit a great ball. Simão Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Francisco Borges had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nuno Resende. SC Seda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 85 minutes into the match, Almada's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Andrade came free, but Alexandre Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Resende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Borges in the 86th minute of the match. Rogério Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Fontes having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, SC Seda's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Almeida came free, but Nuno Resende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Seda's Nuno Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Almeida in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Seda had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
