Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Cabral made the kick off and thus started the match. Júlio Pinho scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Antunes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Carvalha FC's zone, Pedro Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Antunes came out of the goal and Pedro Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Júlio Pinho in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuno Antunes saved Carvalha FC from getting behind. If Júlio Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Macedo in the 15th minute of play forced Carvalha FC's goalkeeper Nuno Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Pinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuno Antunes having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Guarda during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Inácio Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Eusébio Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Monsarros FC's Afonso Pereira got a free kick in the 31st minute. Eusébio Maia came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Carvalha FC's Inácio Leão. But to his dismay, Inácio Leão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Monsarros FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Maia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Antunes having to interfere. With his leg Eusébio Maia managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Carvalha FC's Inácio Leão fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Júlio Pinho made the kick off in the second half. Jaime Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inácio Leão in the 62nd minute of play forced Monsarros FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusébio Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Leão in the 63rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Inácio Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carvalha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Leão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Maia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Pedro Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Eusébio Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Monsarros FC's Nuno Esteves got a free kick in the 71st minute. Inácio Leão struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Eusébio Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carvalha FC. In the 77th minute, Américo Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nuno Antunes came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Monsarros FC's Pedro Macedo. But to his dismay, Pedro Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Júlio Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Júlio Pinho came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Monsarros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Pinho couldn't finish the play. If Pedro Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
