Rebordais FC's Daniel Gomes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Borges in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Lucas Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seixo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Bessa in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th play minute Miguel Jesus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Basílio Brás. 1-1. Paulo Nunes charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Nunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Seixo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Nunes to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the game José Soares kicked a great long shot which passed Basílio Brás straight ahead into the goal, Result 2-1. One couldn't see José Soares behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Filipe Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Seixo FC's Paulo Nunes got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Filipe Leão came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Rebordais FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipe Leão couldn't finish the play. Miguel Jesus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Brás having to interfere. Filipe Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Basílio Brás tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Lucas Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Gomes having to interfere. Basílio Brás showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Jesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Miguel Jesus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes Seixo FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Nunes. The supporters of Rebordais FC booed when Seixo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cândido Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match José Soares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basílio Brás showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Filipe Leão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rebordais FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 83rd minute, Cândido Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute of the match José Soares sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basílio Brás skillfully saved the ball. José Soares took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Basílio Brás. Seixo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
