The goalkeeper, Joel Matias, was totally fooled by Isna FC's Vicente Assis, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Manuel Resende hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cláudio Teixeira in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Brito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Tornada FC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Tornada FC's Cláudio Teixeira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
