Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Martins in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Alexandre Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gongeva getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Alexandre Rodrigues hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Gongeva's goal looked a bit too open when André Martins came free, but Pedro Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alfredo Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rdth minute of the game André Martins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gongeva's Pedro Nascimento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ancora's Paulo Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Santos in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Gongeva getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Alexandre Rodrigues hit a great ball. Pedro Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Martins in the 31st minute of play. Alfredo Dias had several of the Ancora's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 34 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Paulo Barbosa as he didn't even see the shot coming. Alfredo Dias struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Paulo Barbosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gongeva. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when André Martins made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ancora were awarded a corner. Vítor Leite went to the cornerflag to take it. Ancora's Vítor Leite was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Nascimento in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With an all-out effort, Ancora's Pedro Nascimento threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from André Martins, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alfredo Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Paulo Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gongeva booed when Ancora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. If António Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When António Branco fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ancora's protests and gave António Branco a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gongeva booed when Ancora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Gongeva's Filipe Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Barbosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulo Barbosa came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Gongeva's Alfredo Dias. But to his dismay, Alfredo Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 72nd minute, Joaquim Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Martins did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Pedro Nascimento 76 minutes into the match. José Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Gongeva got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Rodrigues. After 89 minutes of play, Ancora's André Martins made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
