Álvaro Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeu Magalhães couldn't finish the play. In the 56th match minute, SC Urros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Henriques to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Paulo Assis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galega's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Assis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernando Marques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Machado went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute Pedro Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Henriques's late challenge caught a Galega's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Henriques helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Urros's Augusto Henriques got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Pedro Machado took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Marques. Fernando Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 82 played minutes SC Urros got a freekick which was hit by Armando Macedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Assis in the 85th minute of play forced SC Urros's goalkeeper Fernando Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Amadeu Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonçalo Pinto hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
