Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hugo Pacheco kicked off to start the match. Armindo Coimbra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Pedreiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Resende came free, but Miguel Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armindo Coimbra got free with Duarte Reis in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 14 minutes, Tomás Sousa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pedreiras FC and the Arnal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomás Sousa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pedreiras FC's zone, Vítor Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Moura came out of the goal and Vítor Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duarte Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 29th minute Hugo Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Resende in the 33rd minute of play forced Pedreiras FC's goalkeeper Miguel Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Miguel Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armindo Coimbra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duarte Reis having to make a save. Hugo Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Duarte Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Gomes hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. A collision led to Arnal FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Augusto Faro hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vítor Resende stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Inácio Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Duarte Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duarte Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armindo Coimbra, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Vítor Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Pedreiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Paiva. Arnal FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Pedreiras FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alexandre Gomes took the corner. In the 78th minute, Hugo Pacheco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duarte Reis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Lourenço Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Miguel Moura made a huge save. Vítor Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Moura having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Hugo Pacheco notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Arnal FC's Duarte Reis. Duarte Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 2-1 became the score in the 93rd minute when Vítor Resende elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pedreiras FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
