Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Filipe Mendes kicked off to start the match. In the 15th minute of the match Duarte Simões shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but António Amaro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Filipe Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Filipe Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Fanhoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipe Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mário Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of SC Fanhoes booed when Lazaro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Lazaro FC's goalkeeper Mário Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Catarino Rodrigues. In the 29th minute, one of SC Fanhoes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Fanhoes. Duarte Simões walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Mário Sousa came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Fanhoes's Catarino Rodrigues. But to his dismay, Catarino Rodrigues quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 41st minute Afonso Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Assunção fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Amaro having to interfere. Filipe Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Sousa having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiago Assunção made a kick off. Lazaro FC's Afonso Vieira got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mário Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Jaime Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. António Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Fanhoes's goalkeeper António Amaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Filipe Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Catarino Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Sousa having to interfere. Catarino Rodrigues struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Mário Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Fanhoes. Thanks to some nice moves Afonso Vieira could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which António Amaro however easily saved by the left post. When Diamantino Brito fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Fanhoes's protests and gave Diamantino Brito a yellow card for diving instead. Diamantino Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
