Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Raul Coelho made the kick off and thus started the match. Sebastião Machado was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 3rd minute. Pala's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sebastião Machado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariano Andrade having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastião Machado during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pala getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Sebastião Machado hit a great ball. Sérgio Valente hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The supporters of Leitoes booed when Pala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Ferreira having to interfere. If Raul Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 played minutes Raul Coelho could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. 29 minutes into the game, Joaquim Vaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leitoes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pala the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Leitoes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Paulo Pires's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliveira Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 38th minute, Domingos Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Baptista, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sérgio Valente hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Coelho in the 46th minute of play forced Leitoes's goalkeeper Mariano Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Pala's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Ferreira came free, but Oliveira Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Pires made a kick off. David Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Ferreira having to interfere. Augusto Ferreira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Oliveira Ferreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Augusto Ferreira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliveira Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Leitoes's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Machado came free, but Mariano Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Coelho took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Andrade. Mariano Andrade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Leitoes's Mariano Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Coelho in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Pires in the 94th minute of play forced Pala's goalkeeper Oliveira Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pala had won after a very even match.
