Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Álvaro Gonçalves got the match started through his kick off. Catarino Vale took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristiano Pinto. Cristiano Pinto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Álvaro Gonçalves might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viriato Teixeira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Álvaro Gonçalves ran back to his position shaking his head. If Carlos Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes, António Torres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Delaes and the Oitao players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, António Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Álvaro Gonçalves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Viriato Teixeira having to make a save. Filipe Araújo charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Araújo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Delaes's Filipe Araújo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute, Catarino Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Vaz in the 33rd minute of play forced Delaes's goalkeeper Viriato Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Ferro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Francisco Ferro took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Cristiano Pinto to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Carlos Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oitao's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viriato Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 54 played minutes Oitao got a freekick which was hit by Gil Branco. Viriato Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Gonçalves in the 58th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Delaes's zone, Carlos Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viriato Teixeira came out of the goal and Carlos Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Carlos Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65thth minute of the game Álvaro Gonçalves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Delaes's Viriato Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Cristiano Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Catarino Vale came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Delaes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Catarino Vale couldn't finish the play. After 77 minutes of play, Delaes's Francisco Ferro made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Pinto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Catarino Vale made a precise shot to the right of Cristiano Pinto. Oitao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álvaro Gonçalves in the 87th minute of play forced Delaes's goalkeeper Viriato Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Vale in the 91st minute of play forced Oitao's goalkeeper Cristiano Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Luz charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Luz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Oitao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Luz to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Oitao players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Delaes.
