After a rather tough play, SC Eirol's Amadeu Marques got a free kick in the 17th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Jorge Amorim dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristiano Simões, 2-0. SC Barretos's Cristiano Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Amorim in the 26th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Daniel Jesus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Barretos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Jesus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquim Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Paiva having to interfere. Afonso Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Jesus in the 35th minute of play. Afonso Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Jesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SC Eirol's Hugo Pacheco got a free kick in the 40th minute.

In the 96th minute, Albertino Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristiano Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. SC Eirol's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
