Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Simão Campos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Pinto in the 5th minute of play forced SC Fontinha's goalkeeper Óscar Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Fontinha's zone, Alexandre Pinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Óscar Alves came out of the goal and Alexandre Pinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nuno Sousa came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Fontinha's Simão Campos. But to his dismay, Simão Campos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the game, Hugo Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abedim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Fontinha the free kick. A collision led to Abedim getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Hugo Silva hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Abedim's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Guerreiro came free, but Nuno Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Abedim's zone, Jorge Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Sousa came out of the goal and Jorge Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC Fontinha's Jorge Vaz got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simão Campos took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Sousa. Nuno Sousa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Alexandre Pinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abedim's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Pinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Óscar Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandre Pinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Óscar Alves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandre Pinto ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, SC Fontinha's Óscar Alves got control of the ball when Pedro Paiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexandre Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Alves having to interfere. The Abedim players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Fontinha were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexandre Pinto to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Pedro Paiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Óscar Alves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexandre Pinto's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, one of SC Fontinha:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Fontinha. Alexandre Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Alves having to interfere. A collision led to SC Fontinha getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Luís Costa hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match, Simão Campos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nuno Sousa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 68th match minute, Abedim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sérgio Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Nuno Sousa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Óscar Alves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Paiva's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Pedro Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jorge Vaz came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the SC Fontinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Vaz couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Guerreiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nuno Sousa. Abedim's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 95th minute, Alfredo Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96thth minute of the game Pedro Paiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Fontinha's Óscar Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The SC Fontinha players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
