Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlos Henriques got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Nuno Valente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Amílcar Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. António Pacheco hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Amílcar Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amílcar Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Henriques in the 11th minute of play. Paulo Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Esteves in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Tralhariz FC's Henrique Esteves ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulo Fonseca. Paulo Fonseca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 28 minutes into the match, Mourilhe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Esteves came free, but Paulo Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrique Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrique Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 40 minutes, Francisco Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tralhariz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Pires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisco Pires struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Paulo Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tralhariz FC. Paulo Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Ferro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Carlos Henriques struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Amílcar Barbosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mourilhe FC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrique Esteves was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Tralhariz FC booed when Mourilhe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mourilhe FC's Carlos Henriques got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Carlos Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Esteves in the 71st minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Nuno Valente who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tralhariz FC's Amílcar Barbosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Mourilhe FC's Nuno Valente, in the 82nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Mourilhe FC. 87 minutes into the match, Carlos Henriques dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amílcar Barbosa, 1-3. If Francisco Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
