Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ricardo Santos made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Caixaria's zone, Júlio Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier Neves came out of the goal and Júlio Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. António Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Santos in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xavier Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Costa in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Rui Moniz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Caixaria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Roxa FC's Joaquim Torres got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Ricardo Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Ricardo Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Emílio Vaz fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roxa FC's protests and gave Emílio Vaz a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. António Costa was the one to do the kick off. SC Caixaria's Rui Moniz got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. António Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xavier Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Xavier Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Xavier Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Costa in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Costa in the 66th minute of play forced SC Caixaria's goalkeeper Xavier Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Rui Moniz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Roxa FC's André Torres. André Torres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 72 minutes, Adolfo Delgado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Caixaria and the Roxa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. António Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Moniz in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Torres saved Roxa FC from getting behind. After 84 minutes, Rui Resende mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Caixaria and the Roxa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rui Resende hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Xavier Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Rui Moniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Roxa FC's Bruno Macedo got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ricardo Santos struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. André Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Caixaria. Júlio Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Xavier Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Macedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Xavier Neves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roxa FC's Fernando Magalhães got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Caixaria were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Roxa FC for a fine match.
