Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rui Barbosa made the kick off and thus started the match. If João Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Silva during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bernardo Silva hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Aguiar in the 9th minute of play forced Fermil's goalkeeper António Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th match minute, Fermil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Silva to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, João Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fermil's António Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Barbosa in the 25th minute of play. Mário Trindade kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Rodrigo Guarda made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Eusébio Cardoso sent off a good shot on target. João Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. António Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardo Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When Rui Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Viuveiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rui Barbosa couldn't finish the play. Rui Barbosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but António Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Bernardo Silva got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 43rd minute, Bernardo Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Eusébio Cardoso made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, Viuveiro FC's André Correia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper António Costa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Viuveiro FC reached it. If João Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Rui Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but António Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Eusébio Cardoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Guarda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusébio Cardoso ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute Tiago Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Guarda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Aguiar in the 63rd minute. João Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. António Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute Rui Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eusébio Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henrique Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrique Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes Fermil got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Macedo. Tiago Teixeira hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Barbosa in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg António Costa saved Fermil from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, João Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viuveiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but João Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fermil's António Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Barbosa in the 92nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rui Barbosa sped through Fermil's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of António Costa. João Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Costa having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Viuveiro FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
