Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricardo Resende started the match with the kick off. After 7 minutes of play, Aventosa's Emanuel Borges made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Marques was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 15 minutes, Paulo Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aventosa and the SC Alfarazes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Aventosa got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Fonseca. In the 17th minute, Amadeu Garcia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Aventosa's Lúcio Marques didn't even have to move. Lúcio Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardo Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Lúcio Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Henrique Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aventosa and the SC Alfarazes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Henrique Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. António Carvalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lúcio Marques having to make a save. If André Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Carvalho in the 43rd minute of play. Fernando Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SC Alfarazes's Ricardo Resende got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Júlio Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Fernandes in the 58th minute of play. Henrique Matos was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 66 played minutes Aventosa got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Matos. Alexandre Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. SC Alfarazes's Tiago Moreira pulled a muscle in his leg after 72 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 73rd minute, André Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Aventosa getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alexandre Aguiar hit a great ball. Emanuel Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Aventosa defense, António Carvalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lúcio Marques. The Aventosa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lúcio Marques should have stopped the shot. Emanuel Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Marques having to interfere. Paulo Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Júlio Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
