Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Bruno Araújo fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calharis's protests and gave Bruno Araújo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Urcinas FC booed when Calharis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urcinas FC's Amadeu Ferro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Martins in the 16th minute of play. When Cristiano Vieira came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Calharis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Vieira couldn't finish the play. After 23 played minutes Urcinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Moniz. If David Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeu Ferro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Calharis getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Bruno Araújo hit a great ball. Luís Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. António Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Calharis's Inácio Pires got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes Urcinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Andrade. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Amadeu Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urcinas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeu Moniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Resende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Urcinas FC defense, Cristiano Vieira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeu Ferro. The Urcinas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeu Ferro should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Vieira got free with Amadeu Ferro in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristiano Vieira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeu Ferro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Urcinas FC's Amadeu Ferro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Martins in the 76th minute of play. With his leg Amadeu Ferro managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Calharis's Cristiano Vieira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Cristiano Vieira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 87 minutes into the match, Urcinas FC's goalkeeper Amadeu Ferro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristiano Vieira. If Cristiano Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 93 minutes into the match, David Martins dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amadeu Ferro, 0-3. The Urcinas FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Calharis's performance. The match ended with a win for Calharis.
