Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alfredo Lopes made the kick off and thus started the match. Daniel Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Alverca FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Daniel Queirós hit a great ball. SC Romeiros were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Alverca FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulo Brito took the corner. Paulo Brito made a great header on SC Romeiros's corner, it was just that Alverca FC's Jorge Assis managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Cândido Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Romeiros's supporters rose to their feet, but Cândido Sá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Assis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Assis having to interfere. Jorge Assis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cândido Sá in the 11th minute. A collision led to Alverca FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Nuno Anjos hit a great ball. Jorge Assis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Assunção hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Alverca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Anjos to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Alverca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Oliveira came free, but Jorge Assis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Santarém in the 24th minute of play forced SC Romeiros's goalkeeper Rafael Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Simão Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alverca FC's protests and gave Simão Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Romeiros booed when Alverca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Assunção didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Daniel Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Sérgio Santarém who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Romeiros's Rafael Pires was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Oliveira to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Daniel Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Romeiros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Oliveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Assis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Alverca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Oliveira came free, but Jorge Assis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sérgio Santarém sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Pires read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. SC Romeiros's Rafael Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Lopes in the 65th minute of play. When Sérgio Santarém came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Alverca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sérgio Santarém couldn't finish the play. Sérgio Santarém's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Pires read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. When Alverca FC's Alfredo Lopes, in the 76th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Alverca FC. When Alverca FC's Alfredo Lopes in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Romeiros's goalie prevented a goal. Cândido Sá recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Assis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
