Manuel Coimbra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Pesqueiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Paiva came free, but Manuel Coimbra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Hélder Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Coimbra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Pesqueiro FC's Manuel Coimbra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Cunha in the 25th minute of play. If Alexandre Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Pesqueiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when António Cunha came free, but Manuel Coimbra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pesqueiro FC's zone, Alexandre Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Coimbra came out of the goal and Alexandre Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Paiva in the 43rd minute of play forced Pesqueiro FC's goalkeeper Manuel Coimbra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Coimbra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Paiva in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when António Cunha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match Pesqueiro FC got a corner. Tabosa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pedro Tavares ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Pesqueiro FC's corner Manuel Macedo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amadeu Aleixo quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Manuel Bessa put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Amadeu Aleixo. André Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Manuel Coimbra made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Alexandre Paiva sent off a good shot on target. Alexandre Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Manuel Coimbra made a huge save. Manuel Bessa struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Amadeu Aleixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pesqueiro FC. Manuel Coimbra was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but António Cunha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 71 minute of play. Manuel Bessa took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amadeu Aleixo. Amadeu Aleixo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Alexandre Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pesqueiro FC's Manuel Coimbra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Pesqueiro FC from getting a goal against them. Manuel Bessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tabosa's Amadeu Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lourenço Resende in the 91st minute of play. Alexandre Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tabosa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pesqueiro FC.
