Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Boelhe FC's Tomás Queirós started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Tomás Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filipe Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Melo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Filipe Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco Melo was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 8th minute of the game, Pedro Pinto landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 9 played minutes Ganados FC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Amorim. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Vicente Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ganados FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Luz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Augusto Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th match minute, Boelhe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Coimbra to maneuver through the defense. If Filipe Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Boelhe FC's Filipe Marques fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Emanuel Coimbra struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Francisco Melo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boelhe FC. Vicente Luz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ganados FC's Augusto Amorim got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Boelhe FC's Júlio Andrade got a free kick in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Luz got free with Abel Mota in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filipe Marques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisco Melo having to make a save. Rui Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Amorim was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Tomás Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 54 minutes, Augusto Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ganados FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Coimbra's late challenge caught a Ganados FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Coimbra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th match minute, Boelhe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Coimbra to maneuver through the defense. Abel Mota came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Ganados FC's Augusto Amorim. But to his dismay, Augusto Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Augusto Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ganados FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boelhe FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
