Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, Cristiano Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Canos's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Campos came free, but Miguel Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Rafael Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Cristiano Morais ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Veiga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 25 minutes into the match, SC Perlinhas's goalkeeper Rafael Resende had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armindo Cruz. In the 27th minute, Armindo Cruz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to SC Perlinhas getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Cristiano Morais hit a great ball. Armindo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Resende having to interfere. The supporters of Canos booed when SC Perlinhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armindo Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Resende having to interfere. Rafael Resende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Morais might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miguel Veiga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Morais ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artur Luz was the one to do the kick off. Artur Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rafael Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Resende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armindo Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Rui Assunção in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Miguel Veiga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 60th match minute, Canos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Vale to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Morais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Miguel Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armindo Cruz struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Rafael Resende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canos. Artur Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Canos's Miguel Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Morais in the 76th minute of play. Cristiano Carvalho hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th match minute, SC Perlinhas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Armindo Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristiano Morais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Rui Assunção managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Perlinhas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Assunção was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Artur Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Resende having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
