Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sérgio Tavares took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonso Sousa in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bento Fernandes saved Serrazina FC from getting behind. Vítor Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Bento Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Sousa struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Bento Fernandes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chocas. With a little luck, Chocas's Jorge Pinto got control of the ball when Pedro Freitas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Serrazina FC booed when Chocas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Catarino Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vítor Cardoso made a kick off. Jorge Pinto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sérgio Tavares went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Afonso Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bento Fernandes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. Bento Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chocas's goalkeeper Jorge Pinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Tavares in the 74th minute of play forced Chocas's goalkeeper Jorge Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play, Serrazina FC's Sérgio Tavares made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Pinto was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Tavares in the 81st minute of play forced Chocas's goalkeeper Jorge Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Chocas getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Pedro Resende hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chocas's zone, Jorge Assis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Pinto came out of the goal and Jorge Assis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Vítor Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Afonso Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
