Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alexandre Ramos took the kick off in the first half of the match. 10 minutes into the match, SC Ficalho's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Araújo came free, but José Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Ficalho! In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Leira FC. Domingos Gaspar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving José Valente. 0-1. SC Ficalho's José Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Monteiro in the 15th minute of play. José Valente stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Monteiro's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute of the match, Alexandre Ramos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Xavier Alves saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Leira FC booed when SC Ficalho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Leira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Ramos came free, but Xavier Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emílio Guarda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Alves having to interfere. Xavier Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Valente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Araújo in the 34th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Araújo in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Valente saved SC Ficalho from getting behind.

52 minutes into the match, Vítor Gonçalves notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SC Ficalho's José Valente. José Valente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 55 minutes into the game, João Carvalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Ficalho the free kick. Xavier Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Lisboa in the 56th minute of the match. José Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes, Domingos Gaspar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leira FC and the SC Ficalho players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SC Ficalho booed when Leira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Alves having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Leira FC's Tomás Monteiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Valente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xavier Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Ramos in the 79th minute of play. If Alexandre Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogério Fernandes charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogério Fernandes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandre Ramos struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Xavier Alves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Ficalho. Alexandre Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Xavier Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xavier Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emílio Guarda, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The supporters of SC Ficalho booed when Leira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogério Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball.
