Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bruno Vale got the match started through his kick off. Bruno Vale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil Jesus having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Picarral's Joaquim Machado got a free kick in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Joaquim Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Picarral's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tomareis the free kick. Bruno Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 20 played minutes Picarral got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio Martins. Joaquim Setúbal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gil Jesus. Picarral's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Vale in the 28th minute of play forced Picarral's goalkeeper Gil Jesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joaquim Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute of the match Afonso Fonseca sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristóvão Jesus skillfully saved the ball. Cristóvão Jesus made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Paulo Sousa sent off a good shot on target. Gil Jesus came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Tomareis's Bruno Vale. But to his dismay, Bruno Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Picarral players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tomareis were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim Machado to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Machado in the 55th minute of play forced Tomareis's goalkeeper Cristóvão Jesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Picarral's Paulo Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristóvão Jesus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After 67 minutes, Miguel Coelho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tomareis and the Picarral players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Miguel Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the game, Lúcio Martins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Picarral's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tomareis the free kick. The supporters of Tomareis booed when Picarral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Joaquim Machado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristóvão Jesus was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 73rd match minute, Picarral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílcar Coelho to maneuver through the defense. If Bruno Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Amílcar Coelho hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes Tomareis got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Setúbal. Joaquim Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lúcio Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Jesus having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
