Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jorge Aguiar took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, Pelhaes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Antunes to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute Pedro Trindade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match, António Azevedo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but André Moura saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. SC Forjais's André Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Azevedo in the 17th minute of play. SC Forjais's André Moura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save SC Forjais from getting a goal against them. After having played for 34 minutes, Marco Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pelhaes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Marco Veiga got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. André Moura made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Marco Veiga sent off a good shot on target. Marco Veiga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If António Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell António Azevedo to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Veiga in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 53rd minute António Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pelhaes's António Azevedo in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Forjais's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Pelhaes's José Brito got control of the ball when Pedro Trindade tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Trindade got free with José Brito in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 59 played minutes SC Forjais got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Borges. Marco Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Forjais's zone, Marco Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Moura came out of the goal and Marco Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Marco Viegas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Forjais's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Viegas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When António Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Pelhaes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Azevedo couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, António Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pelhaes's supporters rose to their feet, but António Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Moura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorge Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Brito having to interfere. When Gabriel Pacheco came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Pelhaes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Pacheco couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pelhaes had played much better football throughout.
